Owned by a Window. When the window receives a resize event it should be passed to the layout to resize the children.

Implement modal by having it reparent the current top-level window.

This will allow the modal to block input ?de-bubbleing? while still allowing processing of background tasks and redrawing.

Mouse events should be passed to the visible window that has been clicked and bubble up. Could create #inside? for windows.

It would also need to be able to set the selection. This will allow sending key events to the correct window.

Implement the ability to set a focused window. This would be used for sending key events to the correct place and maybe changing the visual style of the window.

Focus should probably be stored for each EventLoop. This will allow modals to popup and be closed without changing the pre-set focus, which would allow event loops to handle some events differently.
