Futurium was a bit too expensive, since it would be like 4,000 Euro per day for up to 300 attendees. Unfortunately the cost for 100 attendees would be quite the same...

If we get one of Berlin's universities on board, we can probably have several thousands of attendees. However, a realistic estimation is more like 100 people and such a venue is not a very big problem.

I would take care of that, however I'm only requesting venues within the city center which are easily accessible by bus / train from the airports.

No. Germany has very loose visa restrictions, all EU countries are visa-free (at least for 90 days) and also citizens from Australia, Japan and the United States can travel freely and get a visa on arrival.

Well, Berlin has always some events, we should narrow down the timeframe to tell more about that.

Berlin is probably one of the cheapest capitals out there and in the center of Europe. It has a very vibrant cultural scene with many bars, clubs and restaurants. I would also offer some trusted community members to stay at my flat.

The campus has multiple areas for small to mid-sized meetups and events to bring people together. The Head Space (<100 people) is bright and spacious (270 degrees windows and 4.5m high ceilings) and equipped with whiteboards and moveable furniture. Perfect for a diverse range of events: whether it’s a short sit-down, hackaton, presentation or multiple day strategic session. The atmospheric, high-end Top Floor has its own kitchen, fireplace and rooftop terrace (<50 people). Central Perk is a playful, low key cafe where you can enjoy a beer and lunch, play early-day games like Arcade and organize meetups (<40 people).
