Do not calculate filters for inactive stocks.

Sometimes the screener table is not cleared and the repeated request is layered on another one. Perhaps the problem lies in the asynchronous part of the web client or the page loading speed.

It may be necessary to add blocking of all screener options for the time of request loading.

Set up certificates and forwarding via nginx on server and not in the js server.
This will come in handy when running tightshorts from Docker.
