python 3.4.0 not compliant

Now that Python 3.4.0 is out we all have a lot to do ,)

Here is what's happened when I do pip freeze

Command python setup.py egg_info failed with error code 1 in /home/foxmask/.pyenv/versions/django-trigger-happy-340/build/batbelt
Storing debug log for failure in /home/foxmask/.pip/pip.log

with PHP with have htmlentities to convert char to html entity / html_entiy_decode to revert this behavior.
Would you like to add this to bat-belt ?
You can have a look at https://github.com/foxmask/django-th/blob/master/django_th/html_entities.py I made yesterday to deal with it.
I could make a PR if you want ; otherswise close this ticket :)
