• every time i wanted to add a method to the authoring app, i have to drop down on the menu to select what i want, it would be more convinient for me if there is a console where i can type in the command and it will auto correct for me. you should add an autocomplete as well as a text checker using a basic text field.

Steps to produce: When we try to create a new audio recording the dialogue box appears which asks to input the file name which has a txt based format which is wrong. Audio files should be in wav, mpeg etc.
Actual results: The result is that program starts recording voice but there is no way to stop the recording.
Expected results: There should be a stop button present so that the audio recording can be stopped when user wants.
Build date and platform: The platform of build is windows 10.

Additional Builds and Platforms: The bug will take place in other platforms as well such as mac os and linux.

Description

When the "Add pause" button is pressed, if a very large number is entered into the text field, nothing happens.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Authoring Application
2. Create a new blank scenario.
3. Click "Add pause" button.
4. Try to enter the number "18888888888888888"
5. See that no entry has been made into the text area.

Expected Results

Expected text to be added into the text area for max length of pause, or that a notification is displayed that the number was too large.

Actual Results

Nothing happened.
