Ran into an issue with an MSO-X 4154A binary file. It's 4 traces, but in main, wave_colours only has two colors available so an exception is thrown in render() at "...pen=pg.mkPen(wave_colours[i]..."

Adding two more colors to the list allowed it to plot. Unfortunately, I cannot upload the .bin here, but I can share it in Drive.

Hey,

I can see that there is a lot of unmerged development in the Dev branch, including adding Entrypoints to setup.py, which is really helpful for pipx installations for example.

Would it be OK for you to have this change ported into the master branch as well?

Additionally, is the Dev branch intended to be merged into master soon?

Add support for the Siglent Oscilloscope Binary format

In line 182 of interface.py there is the following call to update with only 3 arguments:
self.sidebar.update(0, False, -1)

This was resulting in the following every time I tried to open a .bin file:
TypeError: QtSidebar.update() missing 1 required positional argument: 'w'

After changing line 182 to the following by adding None argument I was able to open the file without getting TypeError:
self.sidebar.update(0, False, -1, None)

I don't know what I did or if it is a proper fix.

New waveform files for testing wavebin can be submitted here by attaching them to a comment.

Waveform files contain the serial number of the capturing oscilloscope. If you wish to remove this number before uploading, open the .bin file in a hex editor (such as HxD) and look for the oscilloscope model number near the top of the file. The 8 digit serial number (e.g. CN12345678) follows the model number. Replace the serial number with zeros (CN00000000) rather than deleting it so the size of the file is not changed.

I need to capture continuous waves running on oscilloscope without the use of any reference signal or trigger. Is it possible to capture it with the help of wavebin software? If yes can someone guide me for sorting out this issue?
