It would be much more ergonomic if the user was able to swipe when at the top of a list to refresh the content.

Describe the bug
After a clean install of the app, and when no jobs were available near me, swiping to the 'saved' list will display a rendering error.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install the app (v0.1.0).
2. Swipe to the 'saved' list.
3. See the rendering error.

Expected behavior
I expected to see an empty list and a message that I had no saved positions.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch the app.
2. When the app has opened, a message will be displayed saying that there are no jobs near you, but if you refresh the list the screen is populated with positions.

Expected behavior
I expected to see a list of positions, but instead I saw a message saying there are no jobs near me.

Environment (please complete the following information):

• Device: Pixel 3 emulator
• OS (+ version): Android 10 (API 29)
• Flutter version: 1.9.1+hotfix.2

Currently nothing happens when you press the 'remove' button on a tile in the 'saved' list.

When the button is pressed the position should be animated out of the list. A Snackbar should be shown with an option to undo the action.
