Is the "Artifact boost boost bonus" intended for the Dilithium Monocles? The current number seems off.

Example input: 48M target population 1000 IHR, 0% bonus.

The CW row gives 48M total population.

Now if we set the bonus to 10% I would have expected the IHR to grow by 10% and therefore the total projected population to go up by 10%, 48*1.1 = 52.8M. However the tool returns 50.4M.

Relevant changes seem to be:

• Tachyon Prism (10x for 30min -> 10x for 10min, 200 GE -> 50 GE), as a new item of the same name
• Powerful Tachyon Prism (100x for 20min -> 100x for 10min, same price), as a new item of the same name

Let me know if it seems I've missed anything.

I'm also not entirely sure how to best show this information. I think by default I'd want it to show just boosts that are available in the shop, but some people may still have the old boosts and want to include (some of?) them in the possible boost calculations.
