supportbot.service: Failed with result 'exit-code'

Hi!
When I try to start supportbot.service on Debian 11 (python 3.9.2), it is not start with error:
/opt/telegram_support_bot/venv/bin/python: No module named bot
systemd[1]: supportbot.service: Main process exited, code=exited, status=1/FAILURE
Subject: Unit process exited
Defined-By: systemd
Support: https://www.debian.org/support
An ExecStart= process belonging to unit supportbot.service has exited.

How can I solve this, please?
