Add location field to home page which changes as background changes

Currently when we close the collapsed navigation bar through the hamburger menu, it's styles are still active. But when a different page is toggled the styles are non active. Implement this for the the above situation

Utilise user set dark or light theme preference for the website. In react native useColorScheme hook did it. Figure out something for the web

Implement a better way to have light and dark theme for the website which enables all styling to occur in the css file. No inline styles should be applied on the project
