I get an error from Saxon "Unrecognized option: -" when i try to run the transform.

If I ran Saxon from the command line it works fine, it outputs all the tags in the result XML; but if I run it from the VS Code extension then it deletes all the tags and just adds indentation to the result XML and no tags. How can I solve this issue so that when I run it from VS Code it returns the XML with tags?

I'm not the brightest pebble on the beach,

Once this Extension is installed onto VS Code, how do I setup the paths to my Saxon files?

My Saxon resource files are here (jar): C:\VisualStudioCode_resources\saxonb9-1-0-8j

And I have defined in VS Code the path to the resources like so:

But continue to get the following error when I have the XML file active and invoke the "XSLT: Run Transformation" command:
"'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
file contents written to stdin"

What I am missing?

I ran the xslt transformation and got more than a dozen unsaved files open in VS Code each containing a part of the resulting xml. Is there way to define an output file for the command? Does the result have to be broken in small pieces?
