Thanks so much for this really helpful project structure. It really helped me a lot when designing my solution!
One thing I noticed when going through your code was that the 'express' library is used in controllers.
Since controllers are situated in the "Interface Adapters" layer and 'express' is situated in the 'Frameworks & Drivers' layer such usage violates the Dependency Rule, doesn't it?
Would it make more sense to deliver the 'Request' and 'Response' functions via DI / IoC?
