• This repository contains the source code for a functional website interface that interacts with a pre-determined given dataset in a MySQL database. The Front-End interface was made using pure HTML and CSS, whilst the back-end interaction is made using purely using PHP. This website assignment is for the COMP1044 Databases and Interface Coursework 2, for Group 4.

• The web application in this repository allows users to lend and borrow books, under their own specific user accounts. The system facilitates convenient quick book sharing between students to encourage student self-learning and collaboration.

• The web application is currently live over on the following site: [http://34.121.148.200/COMP1044_CW_G4/]

  • Web application would only be hosted for the initial 4-5 months simply to show the ability of the site to be hosted on the cloud.
