This PowerShell script lists the protocols enabled for every application in your tenant.
The Microsoft.Graph PowerShell module is required (https://learn.microsoft.com/powershell/microsoftgraph/)
Before running this script:
- Install the Microsoft.Graph PowerShell module if not already present. Open a Powershell command line as Administrator, run:
Install-Module -Name Microsoft.Graph
- Establish a connection to Microsoft Graph using
Connect-MgGraph
with appropriate scopes.
The command below will list the protocols enabled for every application in your tenant.
Output to console:
Connect-MgGraph -Scopes Application.Read.All
.\Get-AppProtocols.ps1
Output to csv:
Connect-MgGraph -Scopes Application.Read.All
.\Get-AppProtocols.ps1 | Export-Csv .\apps.csv -NoTypeInformation
Q: How long will the script take to complete?
A: The duration depends on the number of apps in the tenant. A small tenant with less than 1000 apps will usually complete in a few minutes. Larger tenants can take up to 1-2 hours and very large tenants that have more than 100,000 apps can take 10-24 hours to run.
