dmCornerDetect.dll not working on x64 systems

The GML (last updated in 2005), provides the file dmCornerDetect.dll, which
does the automatic corner detection. However, the included version is
pre-compiled and it isn't working on x64 systems. They also provide the source
MEX files (added on r74 Modified_GML/MEX_sources), that can be used to
recompile the dll. A straightfoward method for this should be
developed/included.

Visualization of calibration points

Describe the desired functionality:
Visualization of the calibration points and line-segments to proof the
quality of the calibration.

Manual refinement of k1/k2

Describe the desired functionality:
The user should be able to view the undistort image and manually chose
k1/k2 values.

(-1,-,1) in visualization of corrected data

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Any .dat undistortion
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The (-1,-1) points should be ignored, but they are plotted too.

Remove K otimization when using .mat from toolbox

Do otimization only in R/T when loading calibration from the other toolbox
(water). When using few points to extrinsic calibration, allowing the
changing of any other parameter can generate numerical instability.

Documentation

Describe the desired functionality:
Create an online documentation.

ref: X Y Z -> Z = vertical axis.

Compute inverse distortion parameters using chess calibration

Describe the desired functionality:

At the current release, the inverse distortion parameters are obtained by
optimization, considering the .dat points. That must be changed, when
using chess calibration information, the .dat points must be used ONLY to
R and T estimation.

etc and lib in the path

The etc and lib directories will only be searched if working in the main
calib directory.
