Pausing and then clicking end early keeps the popup box active. Hammerspoon has three different types of popup boxes. The pop up box I use is synchronous. That's great because it's quite simple to work with; however, it messes with menu signals during a popup activity. A required Strawberry functionality is the ability to terminate a timer at any point in time seamlessly.

In order to ameliorate this issue and reintroduce required functionality Strawberry should either:

1. Use asynch popup box signals
2. Refactor current synchronous path to wait in a loop continuously checking a flag -> updates state -> terminates timer... (This may be kinda disgusting though)

I often find myself repeatedly hitting the 5 more minute button while in a meeting.

This seeks to allow the user to start a pomodoro timer for X minutes followed by a break of Y minutes

Readme looks like it works now

Track and report data like average timer length, how often timer has been extended, full timer uptime and persist it.

Add sound to signify the end of a timer

Add support for tasks which can be ordered, be attached to an arbitrary length timer, and be followed by breaks.

Strawberry Spoon should have the ability to run in developer mode.

State information is incredibly helpful during development, but should not be visible to average user(layman or laywoman). This issue is here to track the addition of a developer state and a supporting, scalable, developer dump.

Consider the pros and cons of using the Hammerspoon console... I think that succinct state information should displayed on a custom Strawberry dev menu. The Hammerspoon console gets pretty cluttered.
