Combine all 20xx repos into one for 1 main notification

It'd be convenient to see 2021 in this repo, without me having to remember to find it in your profile when you post it.

I'd like to subscribe to some markdown file and see conference updates regardless of year (2020, 2021, etc).

Non-US events have duplicate and/or wrong locations

When an event is not in the United States, the event's "Where" column is glitched.

Examples:
Oslo Elm Day, 16 - 16 February, 2020, Norway, Oslo, Norway
HolyJS Piter 10 - 11 April, 2020, Russian Federation, Saint Petersburg, Russia
