So if you drag the browser around and then when it gets to mobile and you expand/contract the read more depending on the browser size when it expands you might not see all the text.

This is because the plugin get's a specific height of the content and depending on your browser size that is going to be different.

If users aren't re-sizing their browsers this won't be an issue, but if someone is demoing the site and doing an expand / collapse it's not going to look good.

This is because the accordion is using a the CSS3 'transform' to rotate the arrow when it's active and IE 9/8 doesn't support this.

I can change it to just load a different bg instead. Would like to get rid of graphic and use font-awesome icon.

Have a custom CSS Class you can put on each 'view' ie (petition & thank you) similar to what we do for donations. This would allow me to style individual petition pages with a unique theme, etc.

It be great to conditionally load the scripts needed just for IE8/9 just on those browsers instead of requiring all browsers to load them using Modernizr.

Need some type of jQuery plugin to allow a scroll to the Form area after you click on the sticky button. Mainly for Mobile.
