一些关于翻译项目结构的想法
最近需要学习Cargo的使用，因此想贡献一点翻译。
简介中说目前大部分的中文翻译是基于chinanf-boy的版本，事实上，该作者翻译了不少Rust和Go的文档，但很多是使用机翻软件进行的翻译。
除此之外，由于该文档从属于Cargo软件仓库，因此随Cargo的版本迭代，变动比较大(主要是Cargo命令的部分)。
因此，我有如下想法:
- 对前一部分(Guide和Reference等)进行润色乃至重新翻译
- 为了后续的版本控制，在文件目录中保存当前翻译对应版本的原始内容(直接从官方仓库复制过来，只保存doc部分)
以前没有翻译经验，不知道有没有更加成熟的解决方案
