Set tooltips for the various GUI elements to provide more info on usage.

• Change logging to be at 1Hz.
• Look into why logged speed looks jittery in Strava - try plotting raw .tcx log and see if this is in the source data or with something Strava is doing to it.

• Increase timeout for stale power - sometimes goes yellow
• Remove configurable update speed from settings - not really useful
• Make sensor stale status not just dependent on time since update, but on heartbeat event_time and whatever the equivalent is for the power meter

Create a standalone script to validate workout parameters, maybe that processes all items in the "workouts" folder.

Create a workflow to view available ANT+ sensors and select the ones to be used for the workout, as well as saving the last-used sensors into the PM Trainer config.

Add automatic upload to Strava

• Remove python-ant from repo and make standalone dependency (either on source repo, or a repo in /russery/ if changes are needed)
• Add setup.py
• Add documentation in readme.md for how to install

• Pause when stopped (power less than threshold), resume automatically
• Add pause / resume buttons in UI
• Add stop button to UI which allows starting a new activity
• Prompt to save workout on "stop" or exit.
