Describe the bug
After installing the plugin using the manual method (dragging dropping) I can see the plugin, but I can't seem to enable it since the toggle is disabled.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. In Brave go to chrome://extensions
2. Drag and drop the .crx file
3. Attempt to enable the plugin

Expected behavior
The plugin should either be enabled or I should be able to enable it.

Hi

The extension is blocked by Chrome as it is no longer downloadable from the Chrome store. Chrome will not let me manually enable it, even in Developer mode.

Any advice on what to do?

WSJ has updated their paywall system. It seems that all the paywalling is done server side now, which will be problematic because all the unblocking is done client side.

This essentially means that the full article is never sent to the reader, which means regardless of client modifications we make, there is no way to pull the article.

They have "Free" articles, and I am not still sure how those are chosen or implemented in the system. I think more experimentation will allow us to have a better idea of what is going on.

Referrer method no longer working.
