Add a 'How it Works' page, which explains the record levels and the user levels (see my comments below, and in the other email thread). Having a designer do some quick graphics for this page would be very helpful, I think.

Cluster guns that are at the same location (using the Google Places ids) so that they appear as one item in the datbase list and can then be expande - stops a place with a lot of guns swamping the display

Yes/no slider, followed by a drop-down list if ‘yes’ selected. Each item selected from the drop-down (e.g. Weigh, Crest, etc.) creates a new plain-text field to enter the markings into. Each item on the drop-down can be selected multiple times.

Site should show users when they are logged in a little more clearly. Suggest this is at top-right of page, and displays user's photo + level and points. 

The Database screen is not displaying the record quality correctly

they need to be repeatable and in order - to represent the whole barrel

Link the map display area to the current view of the database so that only the guns on the map are displayed in the list

Location page – could we change “drop a pin on the map “ to “ move cannon to location”. I now understand what to do but initially I tried to move to the location and click on the location thinking it would give me a marker.

Make our own 'How to Record Guns' page, rather than linking straight to 3H Consulting (we can of course link to them on that subsequent page).
