Hi, I'm trying to run the code. After loading the file, I found the data doesn't contain 'context_id' at this line. Thus throws an error. I'm running the first step, i.e., ython code/joint_model.py -relation_weight 1.0 -entity_weight 0 -data_type "tbd" -batch 4 -model "singletask/pipeline" -epochs 10. I wonder if I ran the script correctly. Thanks!

Thanks for making this code available. I am working on a similar problem (temporal relation problem) and I want to use gurobi for optimization. I really liked your gurobi_inference implementation. I tried to follow up with code but kinda got lost. It would be really helpful to clarify some of the parameters to Global_Inference class.

I just want to know what these parameters are :

def __init__(self, prob_ents, prob_rels, cand_rels, label2idx, pairs, ew):

cand_rels ?
label2idx?
pairs? 

I mean what they should be like?
