Taking the current repo files and trying to build a new Unlocked Package produces an error about a duplicate page layout.

In order to include the LMA as a dependency, I added the following to the appropriate section of my sfdx-package.json file:

"dependencies": [{"package": "04t30000001DWL0AAO"}]

I got this package version id from the scripts folder.

Now that the LMA dependency can be resolved successfully, the package mostly builds except for this error:

ERROR running force:package:version:create: You're trying to include Layout sfLma__Package__c-sfLma__Package Layout in Package ver 0.1. This component already exists in Package null, which Package ver 0.1 depends on. You can't include the same component in both packages.

I deleted the page layout from the repo and the version successfully builds. It seems having the page layout in this repo/package conflicts with the existing layout in the LMA app.
