Development Setup

Install Dotnet Core 2.x
Install the and-cli tooling found at AndcultureCode.Cli

Below are a few basics to get you started, but there are many more commands and options for managing this and other projects found in the and-cli.

Building project

Run the build command
```
and-cli dotnet --build
```

Running tests along with code coverage

Run the test command
```
and-cli dotnet-test
```
Open the coverage/index.htm file in your browser

Publishing a new version

Run the publish command with the next version number (See semver package versioning)
```
and-cli nuget --publish <version>
```

Create Async variants of all Repository methods

Once we have an implementation of IRepository for SqlServer (per issue #4), we should add async variants of all our repository methods. While there will be other use cases, the immediate use case is GraphQL data loaders.

Add SqlServer Repository implementation

Now that we have a SqlServer package, we should provide a repository implementation for SqlServer out-of-the-box.

This will allow us to stop copying around redundant code between projects.

Essentially migrating https://github.com/AndcultureCode/AndcultureCode.DotnetReact.Boilerplate/blob/main/dotnet/api/Infrastructure/Data.SqlServer/Repositories/Repository.cs into this package

Code coverage isn't being generated - bump coverlet to 2.9.0

The version of coverlet we're on doesn't support .NET Core 3.1. We should bump the version to 2.9.0 to allow coverage reports to be generated with 3.1.

Documentation in the README.md file also needs to be updated to mention the correct command for generating test coverage and-cli dotnet-test --coverage as well as the file that's generated: coverage.opencover.xml

Add tests for base FlattenedMigrations class.

FlattenedMigrations.cs does not currently have tests written for it. We should look at what makes sense to be tested in that class, and write unit/integration tests as appropriate.
