I've found your python package Quanfima and would be really interested to try it out myself.

I've tried several configurations for the installation but I always run into conflicts between packages (particularly making vigra work with the rest of the packages).

Do you happen to have a conda environment that would work, or the versions of all the packages that you're using ?

Hi. Thank you for the valuable package. I have tried to install it but it failed because of inconsistency in matplotlib. I have installed python 3.9 and matplotlib 3.4.2. How can I resolve this problem?

I have tried installing and running quanfima however due to the no longer supported version of python 2.7, I am running into many problems with packages and inconsistency. Will this tool be updated for python 3 in the near future? I am particularly trying to run the simulation scripts however all the other tools are valuable as well.

I am trying to run quanfima, but I got the error:

... visualization.py", line 17, in
from utils import geo2rgb

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'utils'

I cannot proceed beyond the 3rd line (from quanfima import morphology as mrph) as it keeps giving me: Import Error: No module named vigra
