• need to use the same/updated process calls for macs2 and seacr as align_call_peaks.
• possibly remove this entry point/workflow and add conditional to call peaks from bam input.

fix the final outputs sections to denote filtered and sorted bams will be in samtools_sort directory if params.filter_bam is true. Otherwise, the bam file is in picard_markduplicates.
