Forcing sizes to be definitive values, makes it impossible to created themed breakpoints. It would also be useful to describe sizes are custom properties.

There is not currently a useful default value for vertical breakpoint sizes:

Has anyone developed a good configuration? Is there anyone interested in examining this issue further?

When requesting or creating a breakpoint that will cover the whole viewport, we want to...

1. leave the @content unhandled
2. @warn that no breakpoint was created, because it would have no effect and why it has no effect

Examples:
