Hello!

I tried to get this working... I have actually 3 issues:

1. When I directly download this, open the solution with Visual Studio 2012 and press run, the solution builds, the console application starts, and after running about 15sec, the application crashes.

2. I updated all the Nuget references (but not log4net, as NServiceBus needs specific version), now the NServiceBusMessageBus.cs line 35, OnReceived-parameters have been changed, the first id is now int and not string:

_publishQueue.Enqueue(() => OnReceived("SignalR.NServiceBus", id, new ScaleoutMessage(messages)));

What is this? What is the corresponding int?

3. If I just input 0 here, build and run the program, the NServiceBus throws some exception saying Program.cs is missing...
