Contains scripts to build "Apple-Universal" static libraries of OpenSSL. Also packages everything up into an XCFramework for easy consumption with Swift packages or Xcode. Release names refer to the OpenSSL version used during compilation.

Create an XCFramework
We should add a step to the build script that creates an XCFramework which contains binaries for all the architectures/platforms.
Will be required to support building the Swift package for iOS device and simulator.
