It would be nice if Gitbot was polite enough to use the Jabber username of a contributor instead of his Github account name.

When writing length commit messages, linebreaks are ignored and it's hard to read.

You always see the push commit comments anyway, no need to repeat them for the sync pull request event.

Currently running multiple instances of GitHub-XMPP using the same XMPP account results in them arguing with each other and kicking each other off.

If we select a different XMPP resource per instance they'll be able to share the account and even sit in the same room under the one entry ... but will they all get the messages (as intended)?

This will let different instances run different sets of scripts within the same (or different) chat rooms. They could auto-negotiate which runs shared scripts?

Push notifications dump the entire commit comment for up to two commits, as well as multiple extra lines.

This needs to be reduced. The link should be changed to point to the recent commit page rather than (as well as?) the change-set comparison.

The entire issue comment is reported. That could be a page or more!

Count script triggers on things like:
"What about the new account? Will that still work?"

When displaying a comment on a github pull request (and probably other events), there is additional "a href=" markup that's unnecessary displayed in jabber.

When announcing a push, it would be nice if the commit comment that got picked for display was always one on the branch, and not just a commit merged in from master.

The configurator doesn't seem to work under mono on linux. Possible line-ending/trim issue on input? It functions but can't retrieve the list of hooks from GitHub.
