rtl8723be_wifi's Issues

FYI: This somehow fixes the AP mode.

I have an Android TV box that fails to run an access point with it's default driver options. Enabling those fixes that somehow????

Edit: I've tested this on the in-kernel rtl8723bs driver, so no need to compile a custom driver I guess.

Problem Not Solved. WiFi Range is Still low

OS: Ununtu 18.04LTS
I have executed your script to remove and reinstall rtl driver into kernel and then rebooted the system as instructed.

The nearby WiFi SSIDs are recognised which are about 3 meter away.

Please let me know if you have faced the same issue and if you have found any solutions for it.
