Add a command for parsing nmap XML files and printing a "targets" list.

Update the kramdown-man dependency to 1.0.0. Also update the man pages to use the new kramdown-man syntax (definition lists for arguments/options definitions and [ronin-foo](ronin-foo.1.md) man page links).

I feel like dump is a more self-explanatory command name.

Add a ronin-nmap new command for generating scripts to either parse an nmap XML file using Nmap::XML or execute Ronin::Nmap.scan.

Add a command that parses an nmap XML file using ::Nmap::XML and pretty-prints the scanned hosts, ports, script output, etc.

Add a ronin-nmap grep command that can search an nmap .xml file for specific targets, ips, hostnames, ports, services, etc, and print them.

Add a NAME section to the tops of all man pages with the command's name and a short summary.

This can probably be automated with a Ruby script.

Add a top-level man page file for the ronin-nmap command.

Use command_kit-completion to generate shell completions for ronin-nmap.
