责任链模式，高并发下存在问题

上述类中的handlerMap保存了AbstractCheckHandler的实现类，都是单例的容器进行管理。但是在组装责任链时，即getHandler()方法内进行了属性的修改。高并发时，如果存在两个责任链，应该会存在问题。
