Reproduction steps

• activate transient paste buffer
• deleta and paste part of a natural sentence
• sometimes it would be desirable to add a space at the beginning/end
• sometimes it would be desirable to add a bracket at the beginning/end
• sometimes it would be desirable to (un)-capitalize the beginning/end

Expected behavior

There should be a keyboard shortcut to:

• turn the pasted text into a visual selection
• or perform all the functions listed above

Actual behavior

there are only keyboard shortcuts to change the pasted buffer
