in the variable declaration, change:
panning = options.chart.panning || true;
to:
panning = options.chart.panning !== undefined ? options.chart.panning : true,

Issue: the || operator is allowing a panning: false setting to become true.

Note also that this overrides Highcharts' default behavior that panning is disabled. Maybe should include this in the docs.

Bug / Issue

Steps to reproduce

1. go to the jsfiddle
2. zoom in in the scatter and pan with shift and mouse.
3. go to the chart with lines. and zoom in and pan with shift an mouse.

Misbehavior

now the lines are not panable. i can zoom but not pan.

Expected behavior

i want to pan in both charts.
Is there anything that i have to do that it would work?
