UI improvement for sending waypoints

After sending a waypoint, I will be brought back to the top of the waypoint
list. Consider that if I need to send more than one waypoint, I need to scroll
down to the point where I just sent and then send another waypoint, it is very
inefficient.

Expected bahavior should be, after sending a waypoint, the UI will remain where
I just sent it, instead of jumping to the top of the waypoint list.

Cannot send more than one waypoint to web service

Currently, user can only send one waypoint to the web service. If the user
needs to send more than one, he needs to send them one by one, it is extremely
inefficient. I just uploaded more than 100 waypoints, which took me more than
30 minutes. We need a way to 'mass upload' waypoints.

No way to backup waypoints

As far as I know the waypoints are saved in the private sqlite database. If
users need to reset their phone to system default (like what I need to do now),
all waypoints will be lost. There should be a way to backup the waypoints to
the sdcard and also restore them from sdcard.

Not avaliable in market for the HTC Tattoo

Hello,

Tripcomputer is not visible in Android Market.
Perhaps HTC Tattoo as a QVGA resolution (320x240).
I downloaded it on the site and it seems to work correctly.

Thanks

Elevations over 1000 m cause problems when editing waypoints

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter a waypoint with an elevation over 1000 m, e.g. 1370 m.
2. It gets converted to decimal kilometers, e.g. 1.37 km.
3. Edit the waypoint.
4. The elevation textbox is populated with 1.37 (m).
5. If you don't manually change it back to 1370, the error "Incorrect values"
is displayed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect the elevation to simply be recorded, stored, and displayed always in
meters.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

I just downloaded TripComputer to go camping outside of wireless coverage. I
haven't tested it outdoors yet, but it looks like a great product. Thank you
for it!
