use a skiplist?

Add a method allowing to replace existing elements in the hashtable instead of adding duplicates, as well as for bstree.

Refactor parser to be agnostic: split semantic interpretation into another file and let that be plugable as well as the operator-precedence matrix. This will allow to easily create other parsers.

The lexer should be broken up into multiple files that know how to lex different token types.
