eagle-libraries's Issues

HK_GT2B misclassified and has misleading footprint name

HobbyKing Radio Receiver is listed as IC when it could be classified as a board (or module if another category is warranted).

Footprint name appears to be copied from generic 4x3 footprint so 3D package may also be misleading. Footpring name can be renamed

RoboJackets-ICs categorization

RoboJackets-ICs is getting large and disorganized. We should split it up (perhaps make a library only for MCU/FPGA) so that it's easier to find. And for Op-Amps or others make another one?

CD4066BPWR Is duplicated

CD4066BPWR (Analog Switch IC) found in both RoboJackets-Diodes and RoboJackets-ICs. Should only be in ICs.

MBR0520LT1G Symbol

This is a diode but the symbol is just a box with two legs, convert to an actual diode symbol

Missing step from instructions?

In Eagle 9.6.0, in order to actually access the libraries from a schematic, I had to first mark them as "used" in the control panel. Is this a normal step? If so, the README instructions should be updated to include it.

missing step:

  • Expand the 'Libraries' group in the Control Panel. Locate the 'libraries' group within and expand it. In this group, you should now see a list of libraries with the 'RoboJackets' prefix. Right click the group name (libraries), and select "Use All". Each RoboJackets library should now have a green dot next to it.

The Resistor Arrays can't be identified for updated information conforming to style guide.

I also want to note that the Resistor Arrays don't have any DKPN, Prefix, Values, or up-to-date datasheet links. I don't really know what exact part they were originally referring to, thus don't know what values are expected for these resistor arrays to select new ones, and wanted to notify about it.
I've approved the PR itself since the commits done are ready, but the above issue needs to be sorted.

Diode Symbols

There are 3 Different diode symbols in RoboJackets-Diodes. They should be unified into one so that all RJ diodes look the same on schematic.

TLE493DA misclassified

TLE493DA (3-axis Hall Effect Sensor) in RoboJackets-ICs instead of RoboJackets-Sensors.
