Did you compile against master or the zip archive from the robocup website?

I second Cad’s question. This compile error should have been fixed in master already, and the line of code you posted as part of the error message no longer appears in master.
Interestingly that line of code also had a bug in it, but not one that would cause a compile error (it would only reduce the resolution of command timestamps from microseconds to milliseconds, which probably nobody would ever notice). That has now been fixed independently.

I used the zip file. You are right, the master is working fine. I thought I have tried the master as well...
