Simple Slider manager.

• Insert the slider using a widget.
• Select dates for each slide.
• Compatibile with the RWD theme.
• bxSlider slider included for previous versions of Magento.

• make sure you have magento-hackathon/magento-composer-installer dependency in your composer.json
• make sure you have "minimum-stability": "dev" option
• add dc-slider to repositories
