1. What tools/modules/packages I would need to create such app on laravel? 

A client requires following

• My company will map the clients PDFs to a user friendly interface.
• They can input their data into a nice form and when clicking submit, the form will populate into the PDF
• They will be able to make updates to the form and PDF and save changes before doing a final print
• Be able to login to their organizations account under their profile
• They will be able to seach by keywords to pull up specific forms
• Data will be stored in a database on the backend as well as PDFs being stored on the system
• When clients bring new forms my team should be able to create the forms and map the fields to specific coordinates on the PDF
