This code is from my live demo at the SFHTML5 Polymer meet-up.

Getting Started

  • Create a folder called development
  • cd into development
  • Clone this repo inside of development. Your file structure should look like this:
development/
  map-tour/
  • cd into map-tour
  • Run bower install. Dependencies should end up in the development folder.
  • cd into the development folder.
  • Start a local server and open up http://localhost:[PORT]/map-tour/demo.html
  • Profit!!!!!!!

some errors

Hi,
thank your hard work, I replace platform.js with webcomponents.js in demo.html, but Dev tools show the following erros:

Uncaught HierarchyRequestError: Failed to execute 'appendChild' on 'Node': Nodes of type 'HTML' may not be inserted inside nodes of type '#document'.
2url.js:450 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'parse' of undefined
https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?callback=https___maps_googleapis_co…___callback___v_3_exp_libraries_places_api_loaded&v=3.exp&libraries=places Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
