[ENHANCEMENT] More comprehensive tests

It is related to the following PR link here

Describe the solution you'd like
A test that not only checks the basic structure but also:

  • Functional completeness: How many records were altered, added and deleted.
  • Performance: speed at which it executes tasks as retrieving a dataset
    • Normally it would take around 5 mins, assert when it takes more than 10.
  • Error protection: when JSON is empty or not able to retrieve
  • etc

Additional context
This enhancement is about tests run by pytest which can be found in the following directory: apps/greencheck/tests
