installation (tested on windows 10)

  1. Install QGIS 3.6.x, Sublime Text
  2. Open QGIS Desktop:
  • goto plugins - manage and install plugins
  • enable experimental plugins
  • install plugin builder 3
  • install plugin reloader

points 1 and 2 are one time process. need not be repeated once done.

  1. Download the repo, unzip on your desktop, open the instructional manual "qgis-plugin-handout.pdf" and follow the steps.
