This cheat cheat contains snippets and commands found useful for me. I prefer to track it here so that I can save some time from loading my browser, searching it's history, bookmark and at times from looking into some blog or stackoverflow comments.

NOTE: lines starting with '#' indicates this command MUST be run as root.

If you find a better way than listed here, please drop a pull request here on github or send me a diff.

Find remote os information

# nmap -O -sV <ip>

Git

Delete tag locally and remote

# git tag -n #list tags
  git push --delete origin tagName
  git tag -d tagName
