Add command line flags
There is currently no support for command line flags. The following options should be implemented:
- Retry single media item download
- Retry all undownloaded media items that have errors
- Output statistics e.g. error count, number of items, sum total size of all files
- Set the the log output level e.g.
silent,trace,debugorinfo - Set output log file
- Reindex all items (i.e. set last index time to
NULL)
