so right now this.views is patched onto all views.

proposal 1:

views: ['foo', 'bar'] on the options hash becomes this.views.foo() and this.views.bar()

If a view with name 'foo' isn't found, then a warning is logged on start, but a default react view is substituted that is a simple div with some info like name and props, and then renders any passed children below that.

This way you can boot up a new view where you know you're going to putting something, but you don't yet need that something to exist.
