Need to implement a way that when a job is created, it will check to see if any other jobs exist. If they do the job needs to query the remote server, get the free drive space, then add the pending job (running jobs) to the correct remote drives then determine where to send the file.

Example:

If you have 100Gb file with a remote drive that has 101Gb free. This job will succeed and start sending. However if another file is created before this job is completed and there is still "100Gb free" then that will either start sending (depending on max threads) or queue to send that file to a drive that will no longer have the free space to accept this file.

Just need to do a check on this and perhaps create a lock so only 1 job can be created at a time fully checking that all pending jobs are taken into consideration before assigning a remote drive to accept the file.
