Now we have no way to make a treasure room in algorithm, so I need to make it improved.

Fix those shit code

Dungeonerでのアイテムを管理するために、ItemManagerを作る。

• リスト表示
• 種類判別（レア度、攻撃力、区分、扱えるレベル（？）など）
• 作成
• 取得
• 削除？

Currently stamina uses hunger bar for indicate, but that causes a confusion so I would need to find another way
